Subscription Health

For merchants with recurring billing, the dashboard tracks:

  • Active subscriptions — Count and revenue by plan
  • Churn rate — Cancellations as a percentage of active subscriptions
  • Upgrade/downgrade trends — Plan change patterns over time
  • Dunning recovery — Success rate of failed payment retries

Dispute Metrics

  • Dispute rate — Disputes as a percentage of total transactions (healthy: < 1%)
  • Win rate — Disputes resolved in your favor (healthy: > 50%)
  • Average resolution time — Days from dispute opened to resolved

High dispute rates may trigger account reviews. See Refunds & Disputes for prevention best practices.

Accessing Analytics

Analytics are available in the Bag dashboard under the Overview section. For programmatic access to transaction data, see the Analytics integration guide.
