Revenue, transaction, and customer analytics in the Bags dashboard.

Bags provides a built-in analytics dashboard with real-time visibility into your payment operations. No setup required — analytics are available as soon as you process your first transaction.


Revenue Metrics

Subscription Health — Coming soon

Recurring billing is not live in v0. When subscriptions launch, the dashboard will track active subscriptions, churn, plan changes, and dunning recovery. See Subscriptions.


Dispute Metrics

  • Dispute rate — Disputes as a percentage of total transactions (healthy: < 1%)
  • Win rate — Disputes resolved in your favor (healthy: > 50%)
  • Average resolution time — Days from dispute opened to resolved
