Card chargebacks — Bag absorbs liability and handles dispute resolution with card networks. You may be asked for evidence, but you are never financially liable.

Stablecoin disputes — Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so traditional chargebacks don't apply. If a customer disputes a purchase, Bag investigates and determines the appropriate resolution. Merchants are notified but do not handle the process directly.
