Bags supports merchants and customers across 100+ countries. Coverage depends on the payment method and whether you are a merchant (seller) or customer (buyer).
Stablecoin Payments
Stablecoin payments (USDC) are available globally with minimal geographic restrictions. Because transactions settle on-chain, customers can pay from any jurisdiction where stablecoin usage is permitted.
Excluded jurisdictions — Bags cannot process payments involving wallets or individuals in OFAC-sanctioned countries, including but not limited to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. All stablecoin transactions undergo KYT (Know Your Transaction) screening.
Card Payments — Coming soon
Card checkout is not live in v0 (CARD_PAYMENTS_ENABLED is off in production). When cards launch, acceptance is expected in most countries where Visa, Mastercard, and American Express operate, subject to network rules and local regulations. See Payment Methods.
Merchant Eligibility
To accept payments through Bags, merchants must:
- Be incorporated in a supported jurisdiction
- Complete KYB (Know Your Business) verification
- Not operate in a prohibited industry (gambling, adult content, weapons, etc.)

Customer Coverage
Customers can pay using:
- USDC — From any non-sanctioned jurisdiction worldwide
- Cards — From any country where their card network operates (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cover 200+ countries)
